Over our fifteen years working together, Edvantis showed great dedication and skill in their work. Their team was very professional and had very little turnover during the several years, and were very reliable for any task we needed help with. Their team leads are incredible to work directly with, and always provided consistent and efficient communication. Their employees are highly driven and take feedback well, always eager to learn and grow to best work with us. They became highly skilled in the specific tools and engines we use and were specialized in our work, eager to learn more and take on more complex and critical projects. Over the years, they would proactively provide suggestions for improving workflows and were always willing to brainstorm with us on how to solve problems.

Describe your project in brief

Edvantis helped with aggregating and maintaining content for the client's website to provide the most accurate information to the client's users as possible. Edvantis learned several technical and analytical skills specific to the client's tools and engine and their responsibilities evolved over the years to work on critical, time senstive projects.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Edvantis has an incredibly dedicated team of employees with very little turnover, even over fifteen years with us. They are great with communication and availability. They are some of the most responsible people I have ever worked with and show eagerness to learn and grow always.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

I have not experienced any cons with Edvantis. Perhaps their would be a new hire that was not always cut out for the task, but they would be quick to recognize this on their side and make efforts to replace them before we would even need to say something.

What Users Like The Most

What Users Like The Least

While my experience with Edvantis has been overwhelmingly positive, there’s one aspect I’d like to address—the conflict Russia has created. As someone who values face-to-face interactions, I regret not being able to visit our talented colleagues in Ukraine. The camaraderie that comes from sharing a beer and discussing work in person is invaluable. I remain hopeful that circumstances will change, and soon, we’ll have the opportunity to meet in person.
I wish they had more devops engineers although their team members have a solid knowledge base to help.
I have not experienced any cons with Edvantis. Perhaps their would be a new hire that was not always cut out for the task, but they would be quick to recognize this on their side and make efforts to replace them before we would even need to say something.
