Audience journeys designed in Istanbul, delivered across the UAE, Turkey

Eventkraft designs and produces strategic brand experiences for global B2B clients across the UAE, Turkey, and Europe. The agency operates from two hubs: an Istanbul creative studio that runs strategy and concept development, and a Dubai delivery hub that handles client relationships, venue partnerships, and on-ground execution in the Gulf region.

The agency's methodology is journey-led. Each engagement begins with audience strategy: who is the attendee, what should they feel, and what should they take away? Only after the journey is defined does the team move into spatial design and production planning. This sequence separates Eventkraft from logistics-led event firms and from consulting firms without execution capability.

Sectors served include real estate (Berkeley Group, Sobha Realty), corporate B2B (Tenthpin, Logitech), government and cultural (Government of Ajman, DCT Abu Dhabi), technology (Yandex), and pharmaceuticals (Bayer / AllergoPharma).

Service categories include corporate event design and production, brand activation and experiential marketing, cultural activation programming, experience strategy audits, and cross-border production for multi-market campaigns. The flagship offering, Cultural Journey Architecture, structures complete attendee experiences as multi-touchpoint journeys.

Recent flagship programmes: a 900-guest cross-border real estate launch series at Raffles Istanbul; a 350-attendee international corporate summit in Antalya; a government strategy launch for 300 VVIPs in the UAE; and a Ramadan cultural activation programme for a premium waterfront district in Dubai.

The Istanbul cost base allows Strategy Director engagements to run at approximately 40 to 55 percent below comparable global agency benchmarks.

We brought the Ajman 2030 Vision document to life in an event attended by 300 guests, including VVIPs and Media representatives.Through visuals, storytelling, and event design, we showcased the vision's potential and its focus on empowering the people of Ajman.

Challenges

To design a launch event that clearly explains the Ajman 2030 Vision for VVIPs and media, ensuring they grasp the core message in a celebratory atmosphere.

Solution

Design Principles Guiding the Experience: Starting with a thorough analysis of the vision document, we set the design principles aligned with its objectives. These principles, along with established ground rules, then informed the development of the event concept.

Guest Journeys: To gain deeper user understanding, we created detailed guest journeys and flowcharts for each stakeholder group (Gov, VVIPS, and media) Carefully crafted zones guided guests through the event space. Each area offered a distinct experience, allowing visitors to explore at their own pace.

3D Designs: To fully visualize the event experience, we collaborated with the production and interior designer to create detailed 3D models of the chosen venue.

Event Consultancy: Working closely with the production team and the client, we made sure everything fits smoothly into the event space and the vision reflected well through the experience areas.

Impact

We developed a clear and engaging narrative for the Ajman Vision document. This straightforward approach helped everyone to grasp the vision, resulting in strong buy-in.

Gaming

Riot Games approached us to design the event concept for a large-scale Valorant watch party in Istanbul, a gathering of fans, content creators, and competitive players around a live match moment. The brief was to translate the digital game world into a physical environment that holds the same cultural weight as the in-game experience itself. The concept sits within our brand activation and fan engagement practice, with specific focus on IP-driven gatherings where the audience already has a strong relationship with the source material.

Challenges

Most watch parties are designed as corporate events with screens, staged from outside the culture rather than from inside it. Valorant fans recognise generic event design within seconds of arrival, and the result is a community that attends but does not participate. The challenge was to design an environment that holds up to the visual language, lore, and community rituals of the game, while still functioning as a managed event for several hundred attendees with content creator activity, social sharing requirements, and live broadcast integration.

Solution

We designed a hybrid environment that sits between an esports arena and an immersive pop-up world. The concept opens with "Agent Transformation" entry zones, where guests move into the world of Valorant before reaching the main viewing space. Entry is treated as a threshold moment, not a registration desk. Map-inspired photo sets reference specific in-game locations recognisable to fans, designed to function as set pieces rather than themed backdrops. Mission-based micro-activities give attendees something to do between match moments, designed to trigger social sharing without scripting it. Visual identity draws directly from Valorant's colour palette and agent identities. Spatial planning prioritises sightlines for the live match, photo moments for content creators, and movement flow that supports community interaction throughout the broadcast. The brief requirements (broadcast, content creator activity, attendee management) are embedded into the design from the start rather than overlaid as production constraints.

Impact

The concept demonstrates Eventkraft's ability to translate digital culture into physical experience without diluting either. For a brand operating in gaming and esports, the methodology shows that fan engagement design is closer to community ritual than to traditional event production. The framework is portable across regional fan gatherings and similar IP-driven activations, with the same underlying logic of in-world entry, recognisable references, and active participation rather than passive spectatorship.

Real Estate

This concept showcase captures how we approach a property launch experience for Sobha Realty, one of Dubai's premium residential developers. The brief was to translate Sobha's brand values, precision, clarity, and long-term thinking, into a guest experience that moves away from the standard real estate launch format and toward an architectural unveiling. The concept sits within our experience design practice for premium property launches in the UAE.

Challenges

Real estate launches in Dubai have settled into a recognisable format: a marketed venue, podium remarks, scale models on folding tables, sales staff working the room. The challenge with a Sobha-tier brand is that this format directly contradicts the positioning. Sobha sells architecture-driven living to a discerning audience that already reads the standard launch format as a signal of mid-tier developer behaviour. We needed to design an experience that felt structurally different, architectural rather than transactional, while still moving prospective buyers through commercial decision points and protecting Sobha's premium category position.

Solution

We mapped a guest journey that begins outside the venue and ends at a single architectural reveal moment. The journey moves through four controlled stages. An immersive entry tunnel establishes spatial discipline and signals that the evening will be designed. A pre-function environment is shaped through lighting language allowing guests to enter the brand's visual register before entering the main space. A central ballroom is designed around a focal axis, with seating and circulation choreographed toward the reveal point rather than toward a stage. A staged reveal sequence presents Sobha's architectural vision through performance, light, and content rather than slides. Spatial decisions follow Sobha's design principles: restraint, geometric clarity, and materials.

Impact

As a concept showcase, the strategic value sits in what the framework demonstrates. The journey design moves a property launch away from sales-floor logic and toward an architectural experience, which strengthens premium positioning and gives Sobha a differentiated asset against the standard Dubai launch playbook. The concept is structured so that any execution partner can take the spatial, lighting, and content blueprint forward without losing the strategic intent.

Business Services

We developed concept work for recognition program that share the same underlying problem: awards events that have lost meaning to format. Great Place to Work needed to elevate its annual recognition moment for the MENA market without losing the human-centred culture the brand represents. Also needed a ceremony that reflected the brand's design language rather than the generic black-tie awards-night template. The project sit within our experience design practice for stakeholder and recognition events.

Challenges

Recognition event tend to follow a fixed sequence (welcome, dinner, awards, applause) regardless of brand or audience, which leaves the brand expression to logos and step-and-repeats. For Great Place to Work, the challenge was that to create an experience that makes people stay till the end. In this case, the concept had to translate brand meaning into ceremony architecture, not decorate it on top.

Solution

For Great Place to Work, we proposed a guest journey that treats each award category as a chapter rather than a slot, building the recognition moment around the story of the workplace cultures being honoured. Spatial design uses warmth and inclusion as core principles, with stakeholder zones designed for genuine conversation. The concept treat lighting, content, and spatial flow as integrated design choices rather than late-stage production decisions, with the ceremony architecture flowing directly from brand values.

Impact

The concept demonstrate Eventkraft's positioning at the intersection of strategy and design for B2B recognition contexts. Both proposals reframe what an awards event is for: a ceremony built around brand meaning. The strategic value sits in the methodology, ceremony architecture as an extension of brand expression, suitable for clients who view recognition events as a brand asset.
