Review of APAC Payroll Outsourcing Project

We have been working with Links International for the past 3 years. Initially our journey together began when we were sourcing for a single provider who were able to support our Payroll & HR needs across 11 countries in APAC. Through an RFP process, we then shortlisted Links due to their in-country presence in all 11 locations as well as their extensive experience with Workday integrations. Fast forward 3 years and we have gone live for all locations with seamless payroll processing + data being interfaced to/from our Workday HCM which makes senior management reporting a breeze. Would definitely recommend working with Links if you are looking to roll out any regional payroll + HCM integration projects. Their time tested methods and experience are second to none when it comes to delivering a smooth implementation + monthly steady state process

We have been constantly having issues with Payroll processing in APAC for the past few years due to a very de-centralized processing method in the past with multiple local vendors. Therefore, we decided to source for a single provider who are able to support us in all 11 countries across APAC. We were looking for a provider who could not only offer a streamlined process but also technology capabilities to reduce manual work and human errors including integrations to our current HCM, Workday.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

- Highly experienced with Integration projects, especially with Workday - Involvement of senior management in projects ensuring all milestones are hit on a timely manner - Very clear implementation methodology which becomes the blueprint for all stakeholders for the project - Very clear escalation process & SLA's - Very responsive service delivery team

- Their commercials were on the higher side
