Prior to opening the Law Office of Steven K. Bloom in 2005, Mr. Bloom worked as an associate attorney for eight years under several law firms in Orange County and San Diego County. During this time, attorney Steven K. Bloom learned a great deal from 20 to 30 year veterans in the business and was acknowledged by his peers as an upcoming super lawyer. From 1998 to 2001, he worked with the Alternate Public Defenders Office in San Diego and was a nationally distinguished award recipient. A very small group of lawyers received the National Legal Aide Defense Association’s Clara Shortridge Foltz Award for outstanding achievement in indigent cases.
