Hayes Soloway, an AV Peer Review Rated intellectual property firm, has offices in Tucson, Arizona, Manchester, New Hampshire, and Salt Lake City, UT.

The firm started in New Hampshire in 1979, and was originally named Strimbeck, Davis & Soloway. Later Oliver Wolcott “Pat” Hayes joined the firm and it became Hayes, Davis & Soloway. The firm was exclusively located in Manchester until 2001 when it opened the firm's first western office in Tucson, Arizona under the current name, Hayes Soloway.
