Health Business Accelerator (HBA) is a healthcare marketing agency and clinic growth consultancy for doctors, clinics and hospitals across India. Our method is convert first, ads last: most practices do not have a lead problem, they have a leak problem, so we start inside the clinic. We track eight numbers every Monday, from answer rate and speed to first contact to show rate, consult conversion and cost per treated patient, and fix the biggest leak first. Then we build the rest of the growth system: front desk scripts and consultation frameworks, Google Search and Meta ads judged by cost per treated patient, doctor personal branding with reels, YouTube and podcast production, clinic websites and local SEO, CRM, WhatsApp automation and AI receptionists, patient retention and referral programmes, team training and growth consulting. Founder Harsh Priyadarshi left MBBS to do this work and has personally taken more than 3,000 one-on-one growth consultations with doctors. He is a TEDx speaker and the author of the Good Doctors Trilogy on the business of medicine. Our team has worked with more than 160 clinics in 16+ specialities, including orthopaedics, IVF, dental, dermatology, urology, eye care and hair transplant.
