We extract every trademark published in the Department of Industry's Industrial Property Bulletins (over 71,500 marks across 122 bulletins) and make them searchable by name, owner, NICE class or application number. Each record links back to the printed bulletin entry it came from.

Businesses use IP Sewa to check whether a brand name is already taken, choose the right class, and file trademark, patent and industrial design applications through a guided online portal. Trademark Watch scans every new bulletin and alerts clients to confusingly similar marks within the opposition window.
