James, Potts & Wulfers, Inc. was formed in March 1994 by one senior shareholder of the firm and two former shareholders one of whom is now retired and the other of counsel. The three original shareholders of the firm were previous shareholders of Houston & Klein, Inc., a law firm with roots in Oklahoma dating to the 1930's. The firm offers legal services in a wide variety of practice areas, focusing in particular on legal services needed by individuals and business entities. The client base ranges from individuals and start up businesses to clients with gross annual sales in excess of fifty million dollars.
