Our space simulation project was almost complete, but a number of critical issues were discovered that were preventing the final release. The team was given all the necessary access to the source code of the game and its graphics. There was a lot of work, so they immediately got down to business. The team worked on the tasks as problems appeared in the gameplay and prepared builds for demonstration. Intermediate calls occurred weekly, during which we provided feedback on the builds we received and tested. Open access to all elements of the game imposes a serious responsibility on the performer. Therefore, we agreed in advance about the mandatory preservation of all confidential information regarding key concepts, code and game models. Thanks to this, cooperation was not overshadowed by mistrust and excessive suspicion in transferring important components of the game to an external team. This allowed us to optimize cooperation and make it as transparent as possible.
