LME Services is a family-owned managed IT and cybersecurity company in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. Founded in 1994 by Leon Engelking, formerly of IBM, and led today by his son Joe Engelking, we provide IT support, 24/7 monitoring, cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery, and compliance support (HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO) for small and mid-size Chicagoland businesses.
Every client works with a dedicated team that already knows their setup. Your issues go to your tech account lead, who handles them or brings in a secondary tech who knows your network. Our technicians are long-tenured, with 10+ years of IT experience, so you know who you are speaking with when you call.
