While litigation is by nature adversarial, we approach complex problems by remaining flexible to negotiated resolutions. In addition, Manley Burke publishes a nationally circulated newsletter entitled Fraternal Law which stems from our representation of fraternal organizations nationwide, both as general and special counsel.
