It collects the issue, address and callback number, books routine visits where the calendar allows, and hands emergencies, price questions and upset callers to the person the shop chooses. Missed calls get a text back, every call is logged in the shop's CRM, and unsold estimates get follow-up that stops when the homeowner replies.
