Melanie Bowbell Divorce and Family Law

Melanie obtained her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration from the University of Alberta, and Law Degree from the University of Windsor. Melanie's balanced combination of legal, business and mediation skills give her a unique skill set to fully serve her clientele in various aspects of their legal issues.

Melanie provides strong leadership and direction when negotiating. She strives with each client to build an optimal situation for both her client and their dependents moving on in the future. She avoids court appearances but realizes sometimes it is necessary to move a client file forward or to get her clients what they need.

Melanie has experience in complex separation issues, including; international custody arrangements, business owner separations, and large estates.
