Mercado Kramer

Marcela Mercado is an experienced personal injury attorney serving Monterey County, California. Originally from Mazatlán, Sinaloa, Mexico, she moved to the United States with her mother at the age of six. Growing up bilingual and speaking Spanish from an early age, Marcela developed a strong work ethic, beginning her career in the restaurant industry while still young to support herself.

Marcela worked full-time while earning her degree at San José State University before pursuing her law degree at Pepperdine University School of Law. She also earned a master’s degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution, equipping her with valuable skills to negotiate complex disputes and pursue innovative solutions for her clients.

Before establishing Mercado Kramer LLP, Marcela worked at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office and handled high-value cases involving millions of dollars.
