Meridian Business Law

Meridian Business Law is a Sofia law practice for international clients who need things done in Bulgaria. Attorneys Boris Iliev and Ivelin Uskov, both members of the Sofia Bar Association, handle residence permits and citizenship, company formation with remote bank account opening, corporate and tax work, property purchases and court representation.

Most of our clients are abroad, so the work is set up for that: consultations by video call, documents signed under power of attorney, and a reply within one working day. One attorney runs each matter from the first call to the result.

Recent work includes a refused work-and-residence permit overturned at two court instances, a consulate's visa refusal annulled despite an approved family reunification, and EU Blue Cards for three engineers joining a defence manufacturer.
