Until 1997, telecommunications in Europe was shaped by the idea of ​​supplying state monopolists and has only recently become a marketing-driven competitive market. The rapidly growing mobile communications markets have released rapid development potential and completely changed the telecommunications market. In the private customer area, the aging ISDN fixed network has lost all meaning and was not further developed by the former monopolists.

The founders of my Tweak started in 1995 with new technology to develop a new fixed network - especially for the needs of companies. This network is based on the transmission and transmission of voice in the form of data packets (VoIP), is extremely flexible, highly efficient and offers many new services at low cost.

At my Tweak, we offer the perfect network basis especially for telephone systems and new unified communication solutions! With our extensive range of services and our business service, we have made a significant infrastructure contribution to the competitiveness of Austria as a business location. Our comprehensive portfolio ranges from SIP connections to all types of call and service numbers to complex system networks - even across national borders. In connection with our broadband connections, we also offer our Quality for VoIP & Secure Service (traffic shaping, VoIP prioritization, firewall, location networking).
