“Terrible to say the least”
Terrible to say the least, absolutely unprofessional way of running a business. No response once payment made and there is no way to contact them as they stop answering calls and emails once you raise a complaint. Received a mediocre resume suitable for a first job without any experience for executive package @ $300 a week later. Numerous errors and copy paste from some random job profile not even in alignment with my experience or skills while totally missing out on important aspects and details. I can only recommend using them if you are going for your first job and dint even have a resume to start with. Ps : the person answering calls claiming to be owner of the business (and a placement company) has no manners, gets you to a point where you feel absolutely unheard or respected and then hangs up while you are speaking because don't want to honor their satisfaction guarantee.
