I have a passion of book writing and needed someone who can help me with some tasks regarding editing and designing of my book. I've already published 4 books and 5th one is on its way. I found about premium book publishers and they were very helpful through out the entire process and its my fifth project with them.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Their understanding about the needs of the customer, professionalism towards the work they're going to be doing for the clients. Specially their representative's are very polite and helpful as they update you through out the project.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
Their was not that much to degrade them as they were very helpful to me and updated me regularly.

I hired them so that they can write a blog for my book and publish them on different platforms. Actually they provided me with few options and all were good and they gave me permission to use all of them in the cost of one article for which I'm very great full to them. There pricing is very reasonable and budget friendly and the quality is also excellent of their work and I'm very satisfied from them and hope to work with them in the near future.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
That the communication skills were prefect. I never felt neglected or ignored and there were no delays in my work either.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
Not anything specific that I can think off because they were professionals who knew what they were doing.
