  • Isolating the writing process from all other distractions (as we were forced to do) helped eliminate the usual back and forth in communication that can also happen in the early drafts.
  • The bad writing and complete lack of expertise in the subject were main issues. The writing in many of the pieces seemed generic and undercooked. Moreover, communication began to break down and deadlines were not kept being properly notified.

We had a disappointing experience with Pronto Writers. Although they promised not only to be delivered on time, but also to offer industry-specific topics, quality of those pieces changed greatly from one batch to another. Some of the blog post had potential, but there was little substance, very little research, and a complete misjudgement of who the target audience was. And we have had to send back revisions or even rewrite parts ourselves to ensure the quality of our content.

The purpose was to boost our SEO [search engine optimization] rankings, whilst also providing pithy thinking pieces for potential clients and positioning our brand as an industry authority. Delivering scheduled weekly posts on business growth, digital transformation and best practices for client service were a part of its project.
