As the founder of Resume Scripter and RS Works, Andrea Gerson has over 10 years of experience working with professionals at all stages of their careers to find clarity, confidence and a renewed sense of energy around their work. Andrea graduated from Columbia University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She then went on to earn her Master's degree in Social Work at NYU while working as a career counselor in the NYC non-profit sector. It was during this time that she founded Resume Scripter, and since then she has created impactful resumes for nearly 5,000 professionals. Many of her clients have secured competitive roles at top organizations including Microsoft, Google, Facebook, the United Nations; Andrea even crafted a new resume for a senior staffer in the Obama Administration! Andrea loves making peoples' professions shine on paper, and is particularly adept at guiding non-profit professionals and entrepreneurial clients towards career fulfillment.
