Role Ready was established in Feb 2011. We identified a clear need in the marketplace for resumes that 'sold' the candidate rather than listed a series of dates and titles. Role Ready was created to provide this service. "Employers will always be keen to find out how a potential employee can impact on the bottom line. The achievements they are often interested in are those that save time or reduce costs. No-one enjoys writing about themselves and it is one of the most difficult aspects of creating an effective resume."
