SEO Team Toronto provides ongoing SEO and PPC services for our renovation and general contracting company in North York. We do kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and full home renovations across the GTA, and the goal of the engagement was to grow our organic traffic and bring in more leads through Google instead of relying solely on word of mouth.
Their team handled a full technical SEO cleanup, rewrote our service pages, set up and optimized our Google Business Profile, and built out a PPC campaign targeting our core service areas. They've been quick, responsive, and flexible throughout, with detailed monthly reporting and clear updates on what's working. A national retail-tech platform powering digital circulars for major brands and retailers needed their B2B site to earn the same search authority as their consumer product. We cleaned up the technical foundation and turned partner-facing pages into a reliable organic acquisition channel.

The Situation

This platform is one of Canada’s most recognized names in retail technology, but their B2B site was fighting a different battle. Duplicate and low-value pages were competing with priority content for crawl budget and index space. Core Web Vitals on mobile were failing for nearly 40% of URLs. Partner-facing pages for retail media, digital circulars, and advertising solutions were losing ground on the queries that drive enterprise pipelines. The consumer brand was strong, but the B2B search presence wasn’t earning its share.

What We Delivered

We ran a full technical audit and identified significant index bloat from duplicated and orphan URLs cannibalizing priority pages. We restructured the crawl path, consolidated signals, and rebuilt the internal linking architecture to reinforce topical clusters around B2B buying intent: retail media, digital circular partnerships, and data-driven advertising.
