SHEARER believes that great interior design should be as unique as the organization it’s reflective of. Corporate cultures are varied just like the people that help create them; the space they occupy should reflect that, which means our job isn’t imposing a fixed cultural style, it’s uncovering and honing the one that you already have. It also means the design must reflect the constraints your organization is working with, be it time, money, space or all-of-the-above. Decades of experience designing for successful corporations has taught us that great design means nothing unless you can execute on it. So we work hard to design amazing interiors and we also make sure they fit within the practicalities required.
