I first discovered digital marketing while taking online courses for my MBA program back in 2007. At that time I was a personal trainer and fitness director in athletic clubs and I had a desire to get into something innovative. The internet was a world of endless innovation and business ideas and it wasn’t long before I started my own website and online personal training business. Through this, I learned how to grow my brand organically online use basic SEO principles as well as gathering an audience while keeping them engaged through content marketing channels such as Facebook, blogging, email campaigns, and some poorly produced YouTube videos.
