SWOON

SWOON founder Samantha Sano and partner Joslyn Taylor bonded almost 15 years ago over their shared draw to all things design. Both women launched successful blogs that would ultimately change the course of their lives. As friends, the two concurrently moonlighted in the design world as freelance writers and magazine editors and were asked to do a variety of creative engagements ranging from concepting and hosting pop-up-shops to sitting on fashion boards and speaking at design conferences. Since its inception in 2009, Swoon has been a true multi-disciplinary design house, venturing beyond its founding discipline of branding to experiment with pursuits ranging from art directing fashion windows, concepting events, and designing private residences. In 2013, Joslyn joined Sam to create the world of SWOON as it is today. The heart of the studio is the boundless talent of our people. Rooted in the idea that our passions should make up our work, we continue to take on any design-forward project that inspires us and collaborate with like-minded clients and partners to cross boundaries that even we never expected.
