SYMVOLT is a results-driven digital agency dedicated to empowering our customers — entrepreneurs and business owners of different caliber. Founded in 2018 with just $400, SYMVOLT has grown to become one of the most flexible digital agencies with offices in the United States, Ukraine, UK, and Australia. Currently, we offer a wide range of services, such as Web Development, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Branding, and more.
I am the CMO and Head of Growth here at SYMVOLT responsible for most of the Marketing and Advertising projects we handle. My role is to be a positive changer for our clients by delivering revenue-generating solutions.
What inspired the founding of your company, and what is the story behind its inception?
Our company was inspired by a chance encounter on a rainy afternoon. Our founder, Alex, met Eugene (currently our CTO) in a small café during a power outage. They bonded over the lack of reliable and flexible SEO solutions within the industry and decided to combine their expertise to create something innovative. Countless nights of brainstorming over coffee led to the birth of our company. Our mission, born in that cozy café, is to bring light to the darkest challenges of the digital world and make a real difference.

Since our inception, we've celebrated numerous milestones, including launching our Advertising and Branding divisions and securing major industry awards, such as "2023 - 2024 Clutch Global & Champion Award Winner". We expanded internationally, opening offices in three new countries, and achieved a 360% growth in revenue. Each achievement reflects our commitment to excellence and our relentless pursuit of innovation.

We primarily operate with a dedicated in-house team that drives our core projects, ensuring quality and consistency. However, we also strategically partner with third-party vendors for specialized expertise, allowing us to remain agile and tap into the best talent worldwide. This blend ensures we deliver top-notch solutions while staying adaptable in a dynamic market.

We’re not a niche agency, that means we can work with pretty much any industry out there. Most of our clients come from sectors, such as Financial Services, Banking, Real Estate, E-commerce, Retail, Healthcare, SaaS, Information Technology, Legal Services etc.
About 65% of our clients would be repeat users.
What initiatives does your company undertake to foster innovation and stay at the forefront of industry trends? Do you invest in research and development projects?
We invest heavily in research and development, creating dedicated innovation teams to explore new technologies and concepts. We also foster partnerships with leading IT companies and startups to infuse fresh ideas and insights into our projects. Regular “innovation sprints” encourage our team to experiment and push boundaries, ensuring we not only keep pace with the industry but also set new standards. This commitment to exploration and experimentation is what keeps us at the forefront of innovation.

We typically follow a "Pay as You Go" approach, breaking projects into clear phases, which allows clients to track progress and manage budgets effectively. This method aligns our interests with the client's goals, ensuring that we deliver value at each stage before moving on to the next.
For ongoing projects or long-term partnerships, we also offer a "Fixed Cost" option, providing predictable expenses and peace of mind. Ultimately, our goal is to tailor our payment structure to best fit each client’s needs and project dynamics.
Do you accept projects that meet your basic budget requirements? If yes, what is the minimum budget requirement? If no, what is the minimum budget you have worked with in the past?
We’re always excited to explore new projects, especially those that align with our core values and goals. While we do have budget guidelines to ensure we can deliver exceptional results, we prefer to discuss specifics on a case-by-case basis.

In 2023 we undertook projects starting at low-five figures for smaller-scale, high-impact initiatives, scaling up to high-six figures endeavors for major clients seeking comprehensive solutions.

We possess some pretty advanced capabilities in AI, machine learning, and data analytics, enabling us to offer sophisticated solutions and insights.
