I cannot recommend

I wish I could give them a great review. They are/were hired for two issues. My original lawyer was amazing. Great communication, was able to explain everything. She left to start her own private practice. My new lawyer - I don't even know what to say. She wont communicate with me. She then sends me an email stating she has dropped me? I paid 4060.00 to be dropped. Ask about my refund...the billing department states she is still representing me. Huh. I ask for clarification regarding the email that she sent. Nothing. I ask for a new lawyer. Nothing.
I'm confused and scared and now, upset.
