Ughi e Nunziante was established in 1967 as a result of the merger of two pre-existing law firms founded by Giovanni M. Ughi and Gianni Nunziante. The Firm has offices in Milan and Rome and it currently numbers about 70 lawyers and accountants. Since its early years, the Firm paired its intimate knowledge of Italian law with a strong international vocation, and has developed a solid experience in cross-border transactions.
