Excellent customer support
I can't speak for others, but if my experience is a reference, then their customer support team definitely deserves a raise! I messed up something and ended up with two versions of it on the Internet, and I was stressing about it for a few days before I finally conceded and contacted them. The help I got was incredible! Their technical support agent (sorry, I can't remember the name, it was two months ago) fixed everything in a matter of minutes and then explained what the problem was. Now I have my website fixed and I know how to resolve the DNS pointing issue on my own. I did not expect to receive this kind of technical support. 10/10 for me.
