Synopsis:

This project consisted of an existing derelict commercial building, which was converted into student apartments. The building is located within a 10 minute walk from Wolverhampton University.

W13 began in the early stages developing the design and aiding the client. The building was approved by planning and now has successfully completed construction. The building consists of 56 no. 1 bed apartments for students across 3 floors. W13 is currently undertaking the kitchen refurbishment for resident use. They have worked closely to Building control to ensure that project is designed in accordance to Building regulations. The client now plans to increase this further, whilst also acquiring other sites.
