Alice Brzovic has been creating web content since the web was “the next big thing.” While working as the managing editor of a computing services newsletter, called  Berkeley Computing & Communications, Alice taught herself how to code HTML and published this newsletter simultaneously on the web, in print, and as PDF documents.

She has written blog articles, web content, and email newsletters for chiropractors, health and wellness industry, homeowners associations (HOAs), technical communication professionals, and software-defined enterprise content delivery networks (SD eCDNs). Additionally, she has edited and written end-user and administrator guides for supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), network routers, information management systems, first responder communications, call/contact center solutions, and transportation.

The types of clients she works with include solopreneurs looking to increase brand awareness and lead generation, and nonprofit organizations looking to improve donor relations and fundraising efforts.

Her work for her clients has led to an increase in website traffic, increase in appointments, and office visits; and improved employee morale and overall customer satisfaction with products, services, and information.
