About ActiKidz
ActiKidz is a Canadian kids' classes and activities platform with two sides. For parents, it is a free way to discover and compare children's classes, programs and camps across Canadian cities; no account is needed to browse. For private tutors, studios and small-to-mid education providers in Canada and the United States, it is a management system: scheduling with conflict detection, online enrollment with waitlists, student profiles, attendance check-in and automatic lesson-package deduction.
Providers collect payments online through Stripe with no commission, and can record e-Transfer, cash and cheque payments with PDF invoices. Parents get in-app and email notifications and AI-assisted class reports. The interface is fully trilingual (English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese), on the web and in native iOS and Android apps. Free tier for up to 5 students; paid plans from CA$14.95/month.
