  • I have been using Appointfix for a few months now, it has made my and my client's lives much easier. They were fast at fixing the issue and everything is working beautifully now. Just awesome, and I use it for work and I can keep track of all my clients.

What users like the least

  • They could change a few things to make it easier to simply move an appointment to another day slot or time by easily dragging it to another place.

Great software, I use all the time for my business. I have been using Appointfix for almost a year and will continue using the premium as long as I need the scheduling tool. the only thing I would suggest is changing the colors on the calendar booking part, as orange and red are too similar which makes it confusing sometimes for customers. And also, I found it very useful to view my customer’s history on this platform. Anytime I have a query or problem their team is very quick to respond to it.

Appointfix is a software I have been using in my company for scheduling my appointments for a while.

 

Pros

The software sends automated text reminders to make sure no one forgets about the appointment.

It allows me to fill the slots of canceled appointments because all the cancellations are made 24 hours in advance. 

 

Cons

The software has syncing issues and does not sync on all devices very well. 

The customer service is a little slow to respond to your queries.

The issue with syncing can be highly annoying whenever it happens.
