  • It is integrated with Jira, so I can do the internal support regarding IT equipment much easier than using the spreadsheet. Everything is automated and I just need a few clicks to finish the workflow.

  • I heard that they will implement the network scanning feature in the future. Looking forward to it. At the moment, we will need to import data from CSV.

I have been using AssetLoom for a year to manage my company's equipment. It is very comprehensive as the UI is straightforward. I don't have to configure anything at the fresh start.

AssetLoom helps us track our stuff, and especially it can issue QR codes, so we can print them out and stick them on our items.

Supports are helpful too. I once ask for a feature improvement in terms of email notifications (I wanted to have more details in the email), and they supported me promptly.
