The desktop version is fantastic, but the mobile experience feels a bit limited. It would be great to have a more responsive mobile app for managing assets on the go.

Easy to use and very customizable. I am happy with my choice.
I have been using AssetLoom for a year to manage my company's equipment. It is very comprehensive as the UI is straightforward. I don't have to configure anything at the fresh start.
AssetLoom helps us track our stuff, and especially it can issue QR codes, so we can print them out and stick them on our items.
Supports are helpful too. I once ask for a feature improvement in terms of email notifications (I wanted to have more details in the email), and they supported me promptly.
