At WikiLawn, we use MailerLite now. Not only is it far less expensive, but the tools and services on offer are similar enough to be suitable for our business. We also haven't had as many issues like those I described above, though the first one can always be a problem with certain email providers. I'd say MailerLite's biggest pro is the price point. It's one of the best in terms of value. However, I find it far more obtuse when it comes to user friendliness. It takes longer to do what you need to do, and saving a template is basically a must.
