About BankFileKit

BankFileKit is a free browser-based utility for bookkeepers and small businesses preparing bank files. It formats CSV/TXT/XLSX into QuickBooks Online 3-column or 4-column CSV and converts supported QBO and OFX bank or credit-card statements into audit CSV. Users map fields and review transaction rows before downloading. Source financial files are processed locally in browser memory, without file uploads. The CSV-to-QBO workflow generates candidate files as an experimental free beta; actual QuickBooks Desktop import remains unverified.
