About BatchPrint
Every office has a day when paper is unavoidable: the audit file, the month-end invoices, the bundle for court. On that day somebody opens documents one by one and presses Ctrl+P hundreds of times. Batch print software exists to remove that chore, and SoftOrbits BatchPrint does it on Windows.
A clerk adds files or a folder with its subfolders, picks the printer and tray, and starts one job. More than 50 file types are accepted, so the team can batch print PDF statements next to spreadsheets, scans and saved emails. Unreadable or password-protected items are skipped and named in a closing report, which gives a manager a record of what reached paper.
It stays narrow by design. This batch print software does not manage a printer fleet, track printing costs per user or edit documents. It works offline with no account.
The free trial prints 10 files per batch plus one report page. Anyone who needs to print multiple PDFs at once can test it on their own printer.
