Beepermd COVID Testing - What a joke

Nowhere does it say they only service South Florida AND doesn't reject any other address. Scheduled an appointment for this morning and no one even bothered to tell me that they wouldn't be showing up during the 2 hour window I reserved. Chat support didn't reply and had to wait on the phone for customer service to inform me that it's a known issue that they haven't bothered to fix. Super misleading and incredibly unfair to let people believe they are going to be able to get their results in time for a flight and not show up 24 hours in advance! PUT YOUR SERVICE AREAS ON YOUR DAMN WEBSITE.
