  • Visual Analytics is pretty great for forecasting and planning things in advance. It has improved better customer retention and engagement.
  • The what if scenarios and the engaging drag and drop interface is easier to use for people from non-programming background.
  • The best part is the 25/7 customer service. I mentioned 25 consciously because of its excellent service.

  • We haven't really faced much issues and even if we did the customer service has been really excellent.
  • The use of consultants to set things up initially can be an additional overhead.
  • The add on functionalities could be improved with more support.

Calculated metrics, which allow users to construct calculated metrics such as Excel formulas and quickly use them in analyses, reports, or dashboards, are one of its most important features. Users can generate calculated metrics with this capability. In addition, the application provides time-based functionalities that make it simple to conduct cross-relationships or historical data analyses on your dashboards.

An excellent BI Solution for summarising the Sales Data and managing it.

My overall experience with the product has been excellent. The variety of features it offers to digitally model the financial structure of a company is really excellent. The learning curve is quite less and with no time the team was able to adapt to the product and get meaningful results. The UX is very intuitive and I think it has been easy to generate reports in no time. One of the best parts is the easy cloud-based deployment and the drag-and-drop interface. Visual analytics is also very helpful in forecasting and planning things better.

We use Board as our primary BI software for financial management. Board is a great software that helps us with predictive analytics and performance management. We use the software for financial reporting, skills mapping, supply chain, sales and marketing. Pros A powerful software that can benefit every department in the company. A very helpful customer service is readily available and almost always resolves your queries. Cons It is a little overpriced compared to other softwares. The integration with excel doesn’t work well, it destroys all the formatting.
