The Wish Equivalent of Arbor

I have found that the promises do not match the reality. The system lags and is not user friendly. The training offered on how to use the platform didn't then equal the user experience.

The MIS -how it doesn't work, the constant logging out, clicking the same link will result in not always seeing the same thing; maybe you'll get a register, maybe you'll get something else.

Unreliable, glitchy and patchy support

I use Bromcom in my job as an Office Manager in an infants school. We have found numerous problems with it since we were forced to switch over from SIMS due to local authority funding issues. 1. The servers are unreliable resuilting in several days of disruption at the beginning and end of term when you need the system to be rock solid. 2. It is full of bugs and glitches which the folks on the helpdesk are unable to explain 3. The helpdesk is overrun with tickets and does not offer a timely response to problems or queries. 4. Most importantly it is very badly programmed resulting in a horrendous user interface and frustrating experience finding and running processes 5. The help manuals are superficial and do not help with troubleshooting All in all a terrible piece of software which makes my blood boil on a daily basis!
