  • The interface is straightforward and intuitive to navigate. Whenever I've run into an issue, their support team responds immediately and resolves it quickly.
  • I can make calls directly from Pipedrive since I integrated Calilio with it. What I like most is the power dialer feature—it saves tremendous time since I don't have to dial numbers one by one. The addition of call forwarding, call recording, and AI features makes it even more valuable for our workflow.
