Pipedrive has helped us enhanced our overall business and sales performance
My company USSalvageYards uses Pipedrive for Customer Relationship Management. Its features enhanced sales performance, making it a good match for the business and sales development team. It contains work reporting tools, workflow automation, and communication tracking tools, which can analyze past business performances and recommend ways to improve sales. It also arranges leads in sections and gives reminders to follow up on deals or projects. However, the software requires video input by the user rather than writing notes.
It's simple to use and offers a fantastic graphical user interface
We EasyPeopleSearch use Pipedrive. The quote management feature is the most excellent aspect, reminding you of great quotations and previously accepted deals. They offer some excellent tutorials to assist with any issues that may arise, and I am quite pleased with their customer service. They usually respond within a few hours, if not less. Customer service is fantastic and quick to respond. I admire how far Pipedrive has progressed since its inception. Pipedrive is a usable CRM platform that is a viable/less expensive alternative to SalesForce and its competitors. The most challenging part of the procedure for me was the implementation. We rapidly discovered that their programming was weaker than SalesForce's, so we decided to take a chance and spend a little more on them. Unfortunately, we could not simultaneously use Pipedrive as a CMS, even though competing CRMs offered CMS solutions and SEO tools.
Pipedrive is extremely easy to use, user-friendly and saves lot of our time
We YardsNearMe have been using the Pipedrive software for more than one year. Based on my experience, We use Pipedrive weekly for various tasks in our company. We can easily monitor the marketing reports and sales activities from Pipedrive. As it streamlines every action, we can make the changes for an ongoing project based on the information and insights.

Great tools for most businesses
In my company - avXperten, we have primarily used the Pipedrive CRM system until recently where we have developed our own software for CRM. Pipedrive was a great CRM system, however, due to internal preferences of layout, and communication between our other platforms and the CRM system, we had to create our own to get the best results.For any company that doesn’t need this however, I would definitely recommend Pipedrive, since it offers great tools for most businesses.Pipedrive is very easy to navigate due to its user-friendliness. You can customize many things to make the layout more your style, however, there are certain limitations. Pipedrive can also establish some nice visuals for certain goals that can be distributed to clients or employees for an easier overview.
