    We at Priority Home Buyers switched from Podio last year and the difference is 10fold uin terms of KPI tracking and sales automation. I wouldn't recommend it unless you are hyper focused on keeping your call metrics organized in one place, and are operating primarily outbound as a real estate investor.     We Electrician Apprentice HQ have been using Pipedrive for a few years now and probably utilize it several times per week. One of the main reasons we like it is because it utilizes a machine learning sales assistant, which is highly accurate. It also features an automated workflow, which is very helpful. It's affordable, which is a plus, but we do wish they had a free option available because we basically don't need all of the bells and whistles. The only other negative is that there is no phone support unless you pay for the most expensive plan. Other than that, we've been very satisfied with our experience.

    We Review Grower use Airtable. My preference for project management software goes to Airtable. If your company is currently utilizing Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for project management but is looking to upgrade, Airtable is the way to go. While its spreadsheet-like interface is its most recognizable feature, it supports additional project views like Kanban card stacks, galleries, grids, calendars, and Gantt/timeline charts. Since it can be easily integrated with other systems, this program is useful for any business that relies heavily on data. Dropbox and Salesforce data imports are supported, for instance. Alternatively, you can collect information from the project's participants, target users, or beneficiaries by making a form and sending them a link. Then, use premade templates and simple drag-and-drop tools to examine data from various angles, monitor data utilization, and plan accordingly.

    I want to like SugarCRM but after using it for well over 2 years as both user and admin, I have a real hard time recommending it to any business that is scaling fast. It's clunky in reporting, weird with opportunity creation. They updated the UI a bit, but that basically means they just repurposed the same buttons and added some more color to the overall look and feel. It's definitely an upgrade, but nothing like CopperCRM (Prosperworks) and SalesForce or even Hubspot. It's OK for a small business as they are starting out because it is somewhat easy to navigate, but with the lack or reports and overall clunkiness, I have a hard time recommending when there are so many great CRM's out there to accomplish your needs.

    We Truepersonfinder are using Freshsales for our organization. We haven't had to invest heavily in training. There is a free plan as well that helped us to find out about its real-time viability before investing it hugely. We use it daily to track the customer journey and ticket dispersal. Its AI, Freddy, guides us to close a deal that has high potential. It really saves us time and effort in closing a deal. While we mostly loved it, we missed the internet-scraping lead generation feature during its use.

    I love the Google Apps integration, and used Copper (then Prosperworks) for close to 2 years. I ended up getting a really great offer to use a competitor and switched but I would definitely recommend Copper to anyone. I ran into some problems with the email tracking being buggy, and I think their intro price doesn't include enough features to compete well with their competitors.
