Freshsales is cost-effective and has a very easy learning curve

We Truepersonfinder are using Freshsales for our organization. We haven't had to invest heavily in training. There is a free plan as well that helped us to find out about its real-time viability before investing it hugely. We use it daily to track the customer journey and ticket dispersal. Its AI, Freddy, guides us to close a deal that has high potential. It really saves us time and effort in closing a deal. While we mostly loved it, we missed the internet-scraping lead generation feature during its use.

The interface is quite complicated, especially for people who are not tech-savvy.
It's hard to reach support to know where to upload files related to contact the first time
Leads and Contacts are not sufficiently clarified.
We use this software in daily activities to boost customer satisfaction and track every interaction to avoid getting buried in many irrelevant emails.

Pros :
a. The best feature of Freshsales is the import and export option for the leads. You can start importing the leads into Freshsales on the go. It doesn't take more than a couple of minutes to import thousands of leads.
b. The integrations were quite handy and we were able to sync up with loads of other additional features through these powerful integrations.
c. Support was stellar. In-app support was really cool. You can reach out to the team regarding any queries about the product and they will respond back to you in less than 5 minutes and get the problems resolved.
d. The cost! The most affordable CRM with best features and functionalities.
Cons :
a. Creating views might be a bit annoying.
b. Call lag is there when you integrate Freshcaller to make calls to the prospects via Freshsales.

At Studio 54, we have used Fresh Sale for 2 years and here I will be sharing the overall experience of it.
- Very easy to use and it is fantastic value for money. It has all the features we need, and more, should we decide to use our data in more ways
- The customer service is great, heaps better than other software. I would like some of the options to be customizable, but that’s the only slight issue we have found with it.
