Pros: If you are looking for something more robust than MailChimp or constant contact, and also something that can double as a very viable CRM tool, this is a great choice
Cons: It was difficult to get training from the leadsquared people because of the language barrier, their accent was hard to understand. Luckily we hired a marketing consultant that was familiar with the product and this person walked us through it.
Overall Experience: I like the robust analytics, ease of use, of the email marketing side of this software. Add in the simplicity of Leadsquared as a CRM, and you have a great tool for a small business.
