I love this platform. I have been using this for over a year without any issues, easy to navigate and everything is very smooth here. The synchronisation across devices and platforms is seamless. Call monitoring email alerts, task reminders it’s all there. Overall, it is a highly efficient system with a solid base of powerful and useful features.

Simplicity of Leadsquared as a Marekting Automation Software

Pros: If you are looking for something more robust than MailChimp or constant contact, and also something that can double as a very viable CRM tool, this is a great choice Cons: It was difficult to get training from the leadsquared people because of the language barrier, their accent was hard to understand. Luckily we hired a marketing consultant that was familiar with the product and this person walked us through it. Overall Experience: I like the robust analytics, ease of use, of the email marketing side of this software. Add in the simplicity of Leadsquared as a CRM, and you have a great tool for a small business.

Disappointment

CRM capability needs improvement. Third party integration with LSQ takes time. Granularity of access for lists for campaigns can be improved.
