Amazing Platform!

ZoomInfo is one of the best platforms I have invested in for my Inside Sales team. This has really helped us build up our contact database. We have gotten deeper into accounts that we weren't able to before because of the information we were able to find in ZoomInfo. We have also built relationships with those that we did not have before. Highlight recommend this to anyone interested, especially those in a sales role.

ZoomInfo Helps me Close Deals

ZoomInfo is a wonderful tool that allows me to pin point who my buyer and champion is during a sales deal. I am also able to find contacts to add to multithreading emails.

I have my team use Zoom Info when building lists because it is the most efficient tool for finding updated, clean contacts.

Waste of Time and Money

We made the mistake of signing a three year contract and never use the product. We have found free tools online that are easier to use and have better contact info plus automation. We are out over $20,000 and the only solution their team was willing to come up with was to file a lawsuit against us. It is certainly our fault for listening to the sales rep and signing a three year contract but it would be great if the product actually worked or if they will were willing to help us find a solution as we realized the product did not work for us within the first few weeks. Our target market is startups and our account manager admitted there was a 'blind spot' for data around startups. I wish we knew that going in! Unfortunately, we are only a team of two people and they have an entire team of lawyers so there is nothing we can do to fight this as they made it very clear they are not afraid to sue us.
