We Junk-Yard-Near-Me use Bitrix24 as a task management software. It is the most productive software, as you can perform multiple tasks simultaneously over this software. Along with our organization, it is widely used by different other organizations. The software is best known for its multitasking capabilities. However, you can also modify the software according to your requirement. Our company has been using this software for the last seven years. The best thing about this software is its productivity, which is why our company is using it. The operation related to the management performs daily. So, we use the software daily. However, on days of company leave, we do not use the software.

Pros :
  • The software is capable of performing different tasks at a time.
  • It provides continuous notifications related to the particular project.
  • It contains an alarming system which continuously updates the employees about a particular task.
Cons :
  • Sometimes the speed of the software slows down while performing many operations at a time.
  • One must update the antivirus subscription annually because this software is susceptible to the virus.

Good software for managing your remote team. Especially useful now after the COVID-19 outbreak. The soft helps me manage my team, check efficiency, create deadlines and tasks. Helps in detecting slackers. Good luck, guys, with your project.

My expectations were met with the software. The service I received was also unique and attentive. There were a number of resources that I could access in order to get deeper understanding of the various functions. Not many places offer 24 hours support, Although that should be the norm by now!

An unbelievable amount for the money

Three businesses running 3 separate IVR inbound menus. 5000 outbound calls a month. 120,000 leads. Full Calendars, Tasks, Automation's, Pipelines, etc. Full email integration. 30 users. Facebook pages, websites, etc integration. Even create and run websites and shops. That's only the start. WARNING. It is ridiculously large and takes a reasonable amount of time and effort to learn and setup properly. Get your local Bitrix24 software guy to help. Support is rudimentary but at $200/month plus phone line rentals and voip connectors is an absolute steal! Capable of going up against Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce at 1/100 of the cost.

I have been using Bitrix24 for several years with my business now. It is a great tool. It allows for management, communication and organisation between our team but also allows to keep track of emails, leads, etc. It allows to invoice and to create quotes and is highly customizable. All that completely for free. While there are Premium Subscriptions, there is no need for us to use them. The software is great just as it is.
