Three businesses running 3 separate IVR inbound menus. 5000 outbound calls a month. 120,000 leads. Full Calendars, Tasks, Automation's, Pipelines, etc. Full email integration. 30 users. Facebook pages, websites, etc integration. Even create and run websites and shops. That's only the start. WARNING. It is ridiculously large and takes a reasonable amount of time and effort to learn and setup properly. Get your local Bitrix24 software guy to help. Support is rudimentary but at $200/month plus phone line rentals and voip connectors is an absolute steal! Capable of going up against Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce at 1/100 of the cost.

I have been using Bitrix24 for several years with my business now. It is a great tool. It allows for management, communication and organisation between our team but also allows to keep track of emails, leads, etc. It allows to invoice and to create quotes and is highly customizable. All that completely for free. While there are Premium Subscriptions, there is no need for us to use them. The software is great just as it is.

My expectations were met with the software. The service I received was also unique and attentive. There were a number of resources that I could access in order to get deeper understanding of the various functions. Not many places offer 24 hours support, Although that should be the norm by now!
