We found success with the Bitrix24 software as our primary base of work support. There is a chat feature that allows all staff to communicate with each other one-on-one. We also split the departments into group chats so they will not clutter the main team group chat. It has a feed akin to a social media homepage that serves as the company-wide notice board. It also has a task management application in it. With this, we track the work of the projects of the teams that have a timeline to be conducted in.

We are a remote operation, and finding a suitable task management software has not been easy, and we have currently landed on the Bitrix24 software, which has been a win for us. We have been on Bitrix24 for a while, and it is software that my team uses daily. However, due to us not working on a project at all times, we hardly use the task management features. We mainly use the project and task features for new staff undergoing training or for pending KPI reviews. When we have used those features, it has been efficient. However, we mainly use the platform as a primary base of communication for the entire team, and it has been easy to navigate.
