    We Review Grower use Airtable. My preference for project management software goes to Airtable. If your company is currently utilizing Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for project management but is looking to upgrade, Airtable is the way to go. While its spreadsheet-like interface is its most recognizable feature, it supports additional project views like Kanban card stacks, galleries, grids, calendars, and Gantt/timeline charts. Since it can be easily integrated with other systems, this program is useful for any business that relies heavily on data. Dropbox and Salesforce data imports are supported, for instance. Alternatively, you can collect information from the project's participants, target users, or beneficiaries by making a form and sending them a link. Then, use premade templates and simple drag-and-drop tools to examine data from various angles, monitor data utilization, and plan accordingly.

We’ve been using it for almost a year. It is easy for me to create project plans, delegate duties to team members, and continuously monitor the progress of projects. Smartsheet features a single interface for comments, file attachments, and reminders. As part of its integration with other business tools, such as Microsoft Office 365 and G Suite, it ensures consistent collaboration and information sharing. However, it would be nice to have a more customizable dashboard and chart components. For enterprises, it becomes easy to automate business workflows by combining multiple actions and conditional paths.

    Our company Venture Smarter uses the project management software ProWorkflow to manage and coordinate tasks and projects. The pros of using ProWorkflow are that it is incredibly user-friendly, with an intuitive interface and easy-to-follow menus. Many tools and features are available, such as time tracking, file sharing, and task management. Additionally, customer support is quick and helpful, which is very important to us. The cost of ProWorkflow is also reasonable, making it a good value for the money. The only con of ProWorkflow is that the integrations are not as comprehensive as some other project management software. However, this issue has been addressed mainly by ProWorkflow with their recent updates.

    If you really want to balance how you use your time you need this tool. We implemented it in our office and it honestly seems perfect; our office is slowly expanding and once we cross over 10 workers we are honestly considering upgrading to premium. There is nothing out there with such complete features. bugs sometimes but nothing that affects functionality. Definitely a super tool for businesses that work out in the field and want to keep track of employee hours without having to use a physical time clock.

    Initially this tool was quite a headache to learn and execute, keeping it maintained as it was difficult to manage projects working on the previously used tools as well as on Planio. Once the project was fully executed on Planio it definitely took some time but we count that as an experience period where we learned the tool and mid-way nothing was hindered. Now that we have been using it for the last few weeks, it has worked like magic. It surely is an up-gradation and the work is now way more organized and everybody knows exactly what to do and when to get done with. It tracks everything keeps the team updated and solves all the basic queries that a person could potentially get.

The pros would be extremely reasonable and cost-effective pricing, invoicing options that make it a great option for interfacing directly with clients, and the ability to upgrade features as a company grows. The cons would be the lack of markup tools within the software, making it a little more limited than other options. My team uses this software daily.
