I work on multiple projects and it has been absolutely amazing to letting track of what I’ve been working on. it’s fairly good software and it saved a bunch of time. It just took me a while to figure out where the menu elements were, and then it was a cinch. The two best and most useful features for me are (1) Time tracking and (2) Task management. That helps me spend time on tasks and projects using a timer. Also, I like that I can start and stop manually and also use hotkeys for faster tracking. And with the task management feature, I can create as well as manage tasks, and assign them to my team members.

At Alphamoon we use Clockify as our attendance tracking software. We’ve been using it for 6+ years - ever since Alphamoon was only a software consulting company. Clockify's attendance tracker allow users to split time tracking data as per their needs. User can filter any data they want to display and export reports as PDF, Excel and/or CSV. I suppose we’ve stuck with it since it’s pretty intuitive and easy to use, not one of our new employees have ever had an issue with it, especially since we use it daily. I don’t mean to be boring, but I genuinely have not found any cons with the software as of yet.

Late last year, we GreenPal made the switch to Hubstaff for all of our employee monitoring. At first, I was skeptical because of how cheap it was because we were saving over 50% over our previous provider, but I can honestly say we’ve been nothing but happy with it. Screen tracking software and employee monitoring can be super buggy at times, and I’ve never had one issue with Hubstaff. The only drawback I might say is that their mobile app has got some opportunity for improvement, but hopefully, they will be able to dedicate some resources to that soon.

Many tools and features are available, such as time tracking, file sharing, and task management. Additionally, customer support is quick and helpful, which is very important to us. The cost of ProWorkflow is also reasonable, making it a good value for the money. The only con of ProWorkflow is that the integrations are not as comprehensive as some other project management software. However, this issue has been addressed mainly by ProWorkflow with their recent updates.

From a series of software that do time tracking things, this one is the best that suits me. It is simple, intuitive, fast, and small in size..but most important, it does its job nicely. I like that this tool allows us to track time by project, task, or client. And we can track time using desktop as well as mobile. It is definitely more than I expected. I love the simplicity and ease of operation. I am really looking forward to continued updates that improve the usability of this software.

Earlier I was really working hard on tracking my time in order to manage time better and meet goals. This software has been perfect for me, I use it every day and it works seamlessly. Its manual time-tracking feature with a timer is very useful. I am impressed with its lots of reports which are helpful to know about how much exactly you spent your time on a particular task like for billable and non-billable both hours. Compared to other similar tools it is a bit expensive. Its integration with google calendar makes it a very useful tool for me.

If you really want to balance how you use your time you need this tool. We implemented it in our office and it honestly seems perfect; our office is slowly expanding and once we cross over 10 workers we are honestly considering upgrading to premium. There is nothing out there with such complete features. bugs sometimes but nothing that affects functionality. Definitely a super tool for businesses that work out in the field and want to keep track of employee hours without having to use a physical time clock.
