When it comes to securely running and taking care of a small business’s financials, Freshbooks is your best bet.
Our company is using Frshbooks for reducing time on doing accounting work so you can focus more on what you do best - taking care of the core aspects of the business. I used to pay an accountant since I don't have any idea how numbers and finances work. I’m really not good at it so I never thought twice back then hiring an accountant when the business is still scaling up. But one of my colleagues suggested trying using accounts payable software, specifically Freshbooks. After onboarding with Freshbook, we no longer needed an accountant to do the bookkeeping for us. And the best part, it allowed us to manage the business finances all by ourselves. With it, I did not only save a huge sum of money but learned lots of things about accounting as well. The bottom line, Freshbooks will make your financial processes fast and easy. From billing your clients to paying vendors up to tracking all your project’s profits, Freshbook has it all covered. The only drawback I found is that learning how to use it is very challenging especially if you don’t have any accounting background. But once you figure out everything, you’ll be amazed at how it’ll streamline your processes.
I'd highly recommened FreshBooks for all types of businesses and verticals.
We at MoveOnHouseBuyers are using FreshBooks as an accounts payable software for our company since a very long time now and I thought to give some feedback on the same.
- It creates invoices automatically and in advance, and sends the invoices and payment reminders to clients as well, saving a lot of time.
- Easy to use interface
- .It allows us to create our custom template with company logo, and color schemes that suit the business.
- The software doesn’t automatically carry over the arrears or pending payments of a client to the new and updated invoice
- It is a bit expensive to use because of the additional prices applied when you add employees to your account.
Freshbooks does a fantastic job in demystifying accounting by offering a simple and user-friendly software solution
I'd recommend using Freshbooks for your business as it works wonders for Expandi. It's simple invoicing software, with good-enough features to manage clients, create and send invoices. It's easy to use and affordable, which makes it perfect for any small business. There are plenty of reasons why you should use Freshbooks to handle accounting tasks. First off, it’s efficient and saves time.. Instead of getting lost in bulky Excel sheets, you can just plug the data into specially designed fields, and let the app work its magic. A computerized system means fewer mistakes which saves time and money on fixing them. Not to mention, accounting software allows business owners to automate a considerable chunk of their workload, and dedicate time to doing what they do the best.
Easy-to-use accounting software with amazing user experience.
We at DebtHammer use FreshBooks and the biggest pros are that it has a really great user experience. It's by far the easiest accounting software to use. Unfortunately, FreshBooks is lacking some customization and automation efforts.
FreshBooks offer essential features that are required to manage accounting books.
Being a small business owner of Festoon House, I have tried many different Accounting software solutions, each having its pros and cons. We finally settled on using Freshbooks, and it’s been a great decision for our business.
FreshBooks provides all the necessary features like invoices, expense reports, project management, contact management, etc. Some plans even include double accounting entry—all of this very easy to use, barely requiring any training. However, if you are looking to purchase software for multiple users, this might not be the perfect option. It only allows access to one user per plan, and since that was sufficient for my company, I understand that case might be different for others.
Pros
The software is easy to use, with no training required
It offers a customer service that is readily available to cater to all your needs
The mobile app of the software allows you quick remote access
The UI is very well designed to keep it interactive on your laptops as well as smartphones
The software allows a number of integrations for users to meet specific needs.
Cons
The software is expensive in comparison to its competitors
Only one user per plan is allowed, which doubles the costs for every additional user
Freshbooks must bring their monthly payments down to match the market or they are only going to lose users over time.
Very nice
Pros: Easy and flexible
Cons: N/A
Very useful tool
Pros: Time-saving auto-bills and recurring payments
Cons: I don't think any
I like Freshbooks
